| Welcome to Saltaire Festival 2008 | ||||||
| Last year's Festival was a huge success; many thanks to all those who worked so hard to make it so, and to all our Sponsors and Funding Bodies who generously helped to pay for it. During the 10 days of the Festival all the events were well attended and much enjoyed. | ||||||
| This year's Festival is now well into the planning stage, events in the festival diary include several established favourites, Saltaire Festival Ball, Opera Party, Festival Club, & several visiting Theatre Companies. | ||||||
| Open mic comedy night joins open mic poetry night, there will be several lunchtime concerts & the finale weekend will once again host the Piazza Stage, two days of free music from local bands, the Continental Street Market (voted best in England by the continental traders themselves) a Gala, stalls, music and dog show in Roberts Park. | ||||||
| The SF07 website received over 17,000 hits over 6 months & 40,000 attendance for Finale Weekend! | ||||||
